To Qualify for the Rebate:

⪢ Lease Length: You must sign a lease for at least 12 months (6 months, in rare cases, at the brokerage’s discretion).
⪢ Processing: Rebates are processed after the property pays the sponsoring brokerage.
⪢ Submit Form: Complete the rebate form within 30 days of signing the lease.
⪢ Zelle Payment: Rebates are paid through Zelle after processing. Set up your Zelle account within seven days of receiving the notification.
⪢ Exceptions: No rebate will be paid if the commission is less than $400.
Rebate Amounts:
