To Qualify for the Rebate:
- Mention Us: On your Guest Card and Apartment Application, write down “TexasDreamProperty.com” or the “NB Elite Realty Agent’s Name.”
- Lease Length: You must sign a lease for at least 12 months (6 months, in rare cases, at the brokerage’s discretion).
- Processing: Rebates are processed after the property pays the sponsoring brokerage.
- Submit Form: Complete the rebate form within 30 days of signing the lease.
- Zelle Payment: Rebates are paid through Zelle after processing. Set up your Zelle account within seven days of receiving the notification.
- Exceptions: No rebate will be paid if the commission is less than $400.
Rebate Amounts:
- The rebate is 10% of the service fee up to $599.
Important Notes:
